Relaxation Therapy

“The Relaxation Response is a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress…and the opposite of the fight or flight response.”

Herbert Benson, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine Harvard Medical School and founder of the Mind Body Medical Institute
Relaxation Therapy utilizes different techniques to help you achieve the relaxation response and experience a calm, positive feeling to enhance your physical and emotional state.
